The Orlando Spring Break Festival will be held this year TBD

We are excited to have you, and we appreciate your application to become a vendor at the Orlando Spring Break Festival. Thank you for your interest! Kindly review all the rules and requirements. Adhering to these standards is crucial to guaranteeing the safety of both the public and vendors. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Location: 1 Citrus Bowl Place, Orlando, FL 32805

  • Set-up Time: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 
    (ALL vehicles MUST be off the field by 1:00 p.m.)

  • Festival Hours: 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

  • Electricity: You have the option to provide your own generator or utilize a long extension cord on a first-come, first-served basis to access power from the designated outage source.

  • Tent Space Size: Each Individual space measures 10 feet in width by 10 feet in length

  • All tents must be equipped with a minimum of 20 pounds of weight attached to each leg – no exceptions!

  • Proof of insurance must be attached to the application, listing the Orlando Spring Break Festival as additionally insured.

Food Vendor Application

THIS EVENT TAKES PLACE RAIN OR SHINE AND THERE IS NO RAIN DATE SCHEDULED

We provide the space; you take care of the rest. Ensure that you upload current insurance and, for food vendors, a valid Department of Health (DOH) permit. Please note that expired documents cannot be accepted. Thank you for your attention to these requirements after we receive your payment and re-review your documents, please give us 24 hours to contact you.


ALL VENDORS NOTE: 

Only items that are explicitly listed on this application will be permitted for sale in your booth or tent. Should any items not included in this list be found in your booth or tent, you will be requested to remove them. If the items found significantly differ from what is listed here, you may be asked to leave the festival. Please note that no refunds will be issued for any reason in such cases. Your adherence to these guidelines is appreciated.

Please provide a comprehensive list of all the food items you intend to sell. Note that non-food items are strictly prohibited and necessitate a separate Crafter application. Food vendors must also attach a Department of Health (DOH) permit; failure to do so will result in the return of your application and payment. Thank you for your attention to these requirements.
